This is a structured membership space for early-career managers. You’ll be placed into a small, curated roundtable where you can share stories, tackle real-world challenges, and strengthen your leadership skills.

What’s included:
Monthly roundtables in curated small groups (6–8 people)
Quarterly leadership sessions with guest speakers and interactive workshops
