what’s included

Two-part tactical training

  • Hiring – how to identify what you need, run a sharp process, assess candidates properly, and make good hiring decisions.

  • Leading – how to work out your style, problem solve, run great meetings, give feedback, speak with clarity and confidence, design rituals, keep track of things, handle the hard stuff, and build trust…and a bunch of other stuff.

Coaching

  • 1:1 or small group coaching alongside the training

  • Space to apply and reflect on what’s learned and work through live challenges
